BULK 2025 4-frame Nucleus Colony (DEPOSIT) — Restoration Honey Bee Company

Our 4-frame nucs are made to the specifications of the Ontario Bee Breeders’ Association standards. Restoration Honey Bee Company is enrolled in the Ontario Resistant Honey Bee Selection (ORHBS) program, meaning our breeder queens are carefully selected for disease-resistance, in particular hygienic behaviour and low varroa growth. We also select for winter hardiness, calmness (“comb stability”), and gentle temperament. Our bees are provincially inspected to ensure that they are disease-free.

Our 4 frame nucs include the following:

• 4 deep (standard size) frames

  • 2 frames of brood

  • 1 frame of food (honey and pollen)

  • 1 frame of drawn out foundation for the bees to expand into

  • Adhering adult bees on frames to tend to the hive

  • A marked queen

  • 1 nuc box for transport

$260 per nuc

• 50% reserves nuc; full payment required prior to pick-up

• Anticipated pick-up date is June 1, 2025 from Eganville, ON
